Text Loqui Auris: SMS Program Terms

Loqui Auris is your AI assistant. With text messaging you can text it questions and requests and get answers back in the Messages app on your phone. Texting is optional and always opt-in.

How you sign up (opt-in)

  1. Sign in to your Loqui Auris account at loquiauris.ai (you need an account to use texting).
  2. Open Settings and choose Text with Loqui.
  3. Enter your US mobile number and tick the consent box. The words next to the box are shown below.
  4. We text a 6-digit code to that number. Enter it to confirm the number is yours. Texting starts only after you do.

We never add anyone to texting for them, and we do not text people who have not completed these steps.

What the opt-in screen looks like

Signing up happens after you sign in, so here is the same screen, shown without signing in. It is an example: nothing on it can be submitted, and no text is sent from this page.

What you agree to

By checking this box and entering my mobile number, I agree to receive text messages from Loqui Auris LLC at the number I provide: replies to the texts I send, a one-time verification code, and confirmations before Loqui does something I ask for. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. Consent to texting is not required to use Loqui Auris or to buy anything from us.

What we text you

  • Replies to your texts. You text a question or a request and Loqui texts the answer back.
  • Codes and confirmations. A one-time code to confirm your number, and a reply-YES confirmation before Loqui does anything on your behalf.

Examples of our messages:

  • Loqui Auris: your code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
  • It's 81 and sunny in Key West right now, with a high of 84 this afternoon.
  • Loqui Auris: add "Dentist" on Fri, Oct 9, 9:30 AM to your calendar? Reply YES 4821 to confirm or NO to cancel.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. You get a reply to each text you send, a code when you link your number, and a confirmation request before Loqui does something you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Loqui Auris does not charge extra for texting during the beta; your carrier may charge for the messages. Texting is available to US mobile numbers only.

Stop, start and help

  • To stop, reply STOP at any time (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). We confirm with: “Loqui Auris: you are unsubscribed and will get no more texts. Reply START to turn texting back on.” and send nothing more.
  • To start again, reply START or turn texting back on in Settings.
  • For help, reply HELP. We reply: “Loqui Auris: your AI by text. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Help: [email protected]” You can also email [email protected].

Your privacy

We use your phone number only to confirm it is yours and to send you the texts described here. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The text of your messages is processed to write your replies, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our messaging provider carries your texts for us.
