Delete Your Loqui Auris Account

You can delete your Loqui Auris account and the data tied to it at any time, from the app, from this website, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Delete from the app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open Loqui Auris and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on every device.

Delete from the website

1. Sign in at loquiauris.ai.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email (no app needed)

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We reply to that address to confirm it is you, then delete the account and confirm by email. Requests are completed within 30 days; most are done the same business day.

If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, say so in your message and include the username you signed up with. We will verify your identity another way before deleting.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile: name, username, email address, phone number, address, avatar and profile card.
• Your conversations with Loqui, including transcripts and the continuity data used to resume them.
• Your Personal Knowledge, insights, and memory settings.
• Your Orbit activity: posts, follows, notifications, and connection settings.
• Your privacy preferences and age-verification record.
• Any API keys you created, and usage records tied to your account.
• Sign-in sessions on every device.

This cannot be undone. Conversations you saved are deleted with the account.

What is kept, and for how long

Some records are kept after deletion because the law requires it or because they no longer identify you:

Payment and transaction records	7 years	Tax and accounting law. Subscription receipts also live with Apple or Google under their own policies.
Security logs (sign-in attempts, abuse reports)	Up to 365 days	Security and compliance.

Aggregated analytics with no personal identifiers	180 days	Service improvement. Cannot be traced back to you.
A record that deletion was requested and completed (date and the email used)	7 years	Proof that your request was honoured.

Encrypted database backups are retained for a limited period and then overwritten. Deleted data is not restored from backups except to recover from a system failure, and it is deleted again as part of that recovery.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Loqui Auris. Cancel in Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android, before or after deleting your account. Otherwise the store keeps billing.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

• Personal Knowledge: Profile → Settings → Data → Clear Personal Knowledge.
• A conversation: Profile → Chats → swipe or open the conversation → Delete.
• A post: open the post's menu in Orbit → Delete.
• A connection: open the connection's card → Remove.
• Memory and access: Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data toggles (Personal Knowledge, Conversation Memory, Deep Research Access, Discoverable).
