About This Policy
This Child Safety Standards policy applies to Loqui Auris (the "App"), developed and published by Loqui Auris LLC on Google Play (package name: com.loquiaurismobile). We are committed to ensuring a safe environment and maintaining the highest standards for child safety.
Age Requirement
Loqui Auris is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App
- We do not target, market to, or knowingly collect data from minors
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete associated data
Zero Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Loqui Auris LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
We explicitly prohibit the following on our platform:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting, distributing, or promoting sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
- Child grooming: Any attempts to build relationships with minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Solicitation of minors: Any requests for sexual content from or involving minors
- Sexual exploitation: Any content that sexualizes, objectifies, or endangers children in any way
- Trafficking: Any content related to child trafficking or exploitation
- Any content that endangers children: Including content that promotes harm, violence, or abuse against minors
This prohibition applies to all forms of content including but not limited to:
- Text conversations and messages
- AI-generated content and responses
- Images, audio, and video
- User profiles and usernames
- Any other user-generated or AI-generated content
Violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
- Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

How to Report
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
- In-App Reporting: Use the feedback mechanism within the Loqui Auris app to report concerns directly
- Email: Send detailed reports to [email protected]
- External Reporting: You may also report directly to:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): CyberTipline.org
- Local law enforcement
What to Include in Your Report
- Description of the concerning content or behavior
- Screenshots or evidence (if safe to capture)
- Date and time of occurrence
- Any relevant account information
- Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up)
Response Time
- All child safety reports are treated as high priority
- Initial review within 24 hours
- Immediate escalation to law enforcement when warranted
- Follow-up communication within 48 hours when contact information is provided
In-App User Feedback Mechanism
The Loqui Auris app includes built-in mechanisms for users to provide feedback and report concerns:
- Report Feature: Users can flag inappropriate AI responses or content directly within the app
- Settings Menu: Access to support and safety reporting options
- Account Settings: Options to delete conversations and account data
- Direct Contact: Links to reach our safety team via email
Content Moderation and CSAM Detection
Proactive Measures
- AI Safety Systems: Our AI models include built-in safety filters that prevent generation of harmful content
- Content Filtering: Multiple layers of content moderation to detect and block prohibited material
- Monitoring: Automated systems monitor for policy violations
Handling of CSAM
If any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is detected or reported:
- Content is immediately removed and blocked
- User account is immediately suspended and terminated
- Evidence is preserved in compliance with legal requirements
- Report is submitted to NCMEC CyberTipline within 24 hours
- Full cooperation is provided to law enforcement agencies

Loqui Auris LLC complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A - Reporting requirements for electronic service providers
- PROTECT Act - Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today Act
- COPPA - Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
- FOSTA-SESTA - Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act / Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act
- International laws - Applicable child protection laws in jurisdictions where our services are available
We regularly review and update our policies to maintain compliance with evolving legal requirements and industry best practices.
Data Protection for Minors
Although our service is restricted to users 18 and older:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18
- If we learn that personal data from a minor has been collected, we will delete it promptly
- Voice data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored
- Users maintain control over their data and can request deletion at any time
